Doriane Raiman wins Bronze in CPOY for Feature Photograph


Each photographer teaches us new ways of understanding the world through the their sensitivity.

Doriane Raiman, a recent graduate from the Visual Journalism Program at Brooks Institute, softens our gaze as are allowed to identify with the warmth and humanity of the people in her photographs.

Recognized this year in the College Photographer of the Year competition for her feature photograph above, Doriane also photographed the 2011 Senior Olympic Games and was the News Multimedia Intern for NPR in the Spring of 2012.
